Beth Storm is a graduate of the University of Kansas (1983) with a B.S. in Business Administration. She received her law degree in 1986 from the University of Nebraska College of Law and practiced for 15 years in Dallas as an associate and partner. She specialized in insurance defense litigation, appearing before courts throughout the State of Texas, as well as several state and federal courts of appeal.
She began here teaching career at the Southeastern Paralegal Institute in Dallas, teaching civil procedure and evidence, and prepared the school's schedule and participated in hiring and supervision of faculty. Beth returned to the University of Dallas to pursue education courses and started teaching kindergarten and second grade at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School where she stayed for 6 years. Beth came to Bishop Lynch as a substitute and part time teacher in 2007, teaching Business Law. She worked with Eastfield Community College to establish the dual enrolled Business Law course a year later. She currently teaches AP Human Geography, and U.S. History, Debate and Mock Trial teams.
Beth is married to Scott Storm, a Senior Loan Officer at Prosperity Bank. Beth and Scott are the proud parents of Chris (2010 BL graduate) and Matt (2012 BL graduate). Chris attended Texas Tech University and is currently working in Austin. Matt is a senior at St. Edward's University in Austin, majoring in Computer Science.
