Bishop Lynch High School is a Catholic college preparatory school whose proven excellence in academics, arts, and athletics provides students with the opportunity to receive a first-rate, well-rounded education combined with an exciting and inspiring campus life.


Bishop Lynch High School is looking for a Full Time Campus Safety Patrol whose primary responsibility is to oversee and watch the school exterior premises including the parking lots and outdoor athletic facilities.  Duties will include daily traffic assistance, extra-curricular activities, parking enforcement and rental activities.  The Campus Safety Patrol reports to the Assistant Principal for Institutional Operations and Facilities or other acting administrator on duty during extra-curricular events. 

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday 4 pm to 11 pm/Fridays 5 pm to 1 am (football game nights). 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring all traffic and parking in school and adjacent lots
  • Monitoring and attending to all outside gates controlling the traffic flow on campus
  • Having a visible presence (walking) on campus during scheduled events
  • Coordinating with local authorities in reporting any illegal or suspicious activities or possible medical emergency situations
  • Managing crowd control situations for BL athletic and spectator events including rentals.
  • Provide safety for other events designated by the supervisor on an as-needed basis


Qualifications include:

  • High school Diploma or Equivalent required
  • 5+ years’ experience in law enforcement/security
  • Essential verbal communication related to job skills
  • Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately and respond appropriately
